    Take it and pick your closing date, or turn it down. Turning it down costs you nothing and ends the conversation.

We are a Tennessee limited liability company, formed in 2022 and working out of Memphis. We buy residential property in Shelby County with our own capital, and we hold or resell it.

We are not agents and we are not brokers. Nothing on this page is a listing, and we are not representing you in a sale. If you want your house exposed to the open market, an agent will almost always get you a higher price, and we will tell you that rather than talk you out of it.

If we contacted you first and you are wondering how we found you: property ownership, sale history and mailing addresses are public record in Tennessee, and we work from that public data along with commercially available real estate datasets. We did not buy your personal information from a social network or an app. If you would rather not hear from us, say so in any reply, or write to hello@topsico.com, and we will take you off.
